Customer Service/Sales Representative

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative for a company based in Adairsville, GA. In this role you will have the opportunity to support customers, drive sales opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. This position is full-time temporary to hire.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours: M-F, 8:00am to 3:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues, complaints, or product/service concerns with patience and efficiency.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Uphold company values and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. (in office assessment will be conducted)

Job Type: Full-time, temporary to hire
