Bilingual (Spanish/English) Industrial Services Team Leader

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a (Bilingual: Spanish & English) Industrial Services Team Leader for a company based in Greer, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow within the company, lead a team, and develop valuable leadership and operational skills.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours:

Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Saturday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of industrial cleaners

• Train new team members on safety procedures and cleaning protocols

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization

• Perform deep cleaning of industrial areas, including floors, and machinery

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must speak Spanish and English fluently

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours and lead by example

• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently

• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments
