Responsibilities

Identify and develop new opportunities while expanding the existing buyer portfolio.

Act as the main point of contact for buyers, providing guidance and support throughout the purchasing process.

Conduct property viewings and present properties effectively to potential clients.

Maintain constant communication with clients (buyers, owners, and partners).

Ensure accurate and timely management of property files and CRM updates.

Support the implementation of marketing strategies and exclusivity agreements.

Collaborate closely with the team, contributing to knowledge sharing and overall performance.
