We are looking for a Czech/Slovak-Speaking Travel Customer Service Representative to join their team in Athens, either on-site or remotely. In this role, you'll support travelers and accommodation partners worldwide, ensuring smooth booking experiences and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer and partner queries via phone, email, and chat in both Czech/Slovak and English
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general travel-related issues
  • Provide guidance on platform tools, policies, and procedures
  • Log all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and follow-up
  • Identify issues, resolve them quickly, and escalate when necessary
