Looking for a motivated and hands-on Process engineer to support the setup and ramp of our next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line. In this role, you'll collaborate across engineering and operations to drive smooth technology transfer from pathfinding and ramp to pilot production. Experience and discipline in process transfer to pilot production line will be critical to a successful and efficient fab ramp-up.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on difficult process engineering experiments
  • Perform hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems
  • Troubleshoot complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues
  • Measure film properties and interpret data
  • Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports
  • Communicate and engage with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues or concerns, under limited supervision
  • Identify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliers
  • Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation
  • Serve as a resource for junior colleagues; lead project teams, as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards
  • Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams, and supporting factory-side execution
  • Discipline tracking and driving deliverables to completion
  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving
  • Flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA (up to 30% of the time)
