Job Title
This role leads digital transformation of EHS by developing advanced dashboards, digitizing inspections, performing trend analysis, managing Gensuite (Benchmark) modules, and enabling Global IT integrations across the EHS digital ecosystem.
The specialist ensures that EHS platforms seamlessly integrate with GIS and Gensuite modules to deliver flowless data, trend, dashboard, accurate reporting, and a unified digital experience worldwide for EHS and other functions
Key Responsibility:
Dashboard Development & Analytics
- Develop enterprise-ready dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Gensuite Analytics.
- Build automated reporting pipelines pulling data from various internal databases:
- Gensuite health and safety modules
- SharePoint and related modules
- Gensuite sustainability modules
- Implement data modeling and validation to ensure accuracy of KPIs across global sites of Applied Materials
- Ensure data interoperability with different tools and technologies
- Collaborate with GIS team to work transition to Gensuite, develop new projects on AI and integrate systems
- Provide technical support and training to employees on EHS technology tools, reporting procedures, and safety management systems.
EHS Software Platform Management (Gensuite Administration)
- Act as global Gensuite admin for incident management, audits, inspections, action tracking, and other modules implemented or in progress:
- Manage role provisioning, Access controls, Workflow configuration, Module customization
- Coordination with internal IT team for bi-directional communication with other tools
- Coordinate with Gensuite support for global enhancements and deployments.
Trending & Deep Analysis of data
- Perform global trending of data and findings using pareto analysis, Heatmaps, Cross-site benchmarking, Year-on-year comparisons
- Identify systemic global issues such as repeated NCs across sites, Regional compliance gaps, High-risk activities across plants
- Provide trend insights for global EHS leadership reviews (MBR/QBR/Annual).
Technology Management:
Understand EHS processes and systems and work improve productivity and workflows that focus on enabling AI and other technology. Staying ahead of new technology innovations to drive EHS software platforms and processes to improve effectiveness. Liaison with GIS to ensure EHS is aligned with the applied overall technology strategy.
Technical Skills
- Strong Power BI / Tableau expertise
- Gensuite admin experience (mandatory)
- Experience working with global IT teams
- Understanding of APIs, data connectors, integration workflows
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS Data Lakes, SQL, etc.
- Knowledge of IT security, SSO, IAM, and data governance
