With engineer's guidance to perform, collect data and analyze on unusually complex experiments to develop the complicated physical vapor deposition (PVD) product

Job scope including:

• PVD process optimization & measure metal film properties, organize data/reports for review
• Perform hardware characterization on moderately difficult systems, within safety guidelines
• With engineer's guidance, involve in troubleshooting moderately complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues

Learning outcome:

• Learn about the semiconductor industry and its forefront PVD technology
• Appreciate the complexity of PVD technology and have hands-on experience in using the tools
• Able to think critically and come up with creative solutions
• Able to discuss findings and articulate ideas confidently
