Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a LMS administrator, overseeing system configuration, user provisioning, content deployment, SCORM/AICC file handling, and advanced reporting to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Strong understanding of LMS content standards including SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and their implications for tracking and reporting
- Lead technical support and root cause analysis for LMS-related issues, coordinating with internal IT teams, vendors, and content providers to resolve complex problems across multiple delivery formats including ILT, vILT, and WBT.
- Design, implement, and maintain LMS integrations with enterprise systems such as Workday (HRIS), Databricks, and other internal platforms, ensuring seamless bi-directional data flow and real-time synchronization of user, organizational, and training data.
- Configure and support the LMS and Workday applications across any suite (e.g., HCM, Talent).
- Support LMS integration projects as a technical analyst, working with support teams to coordinate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable connections using relevant tools like Postman and internal LMS integration documentation.
- Core member of LMS implementation team to oversee efforts including platform configuration, content migration, connector setup, and dashboard/reporting development; ensure milestone delivery for system readiness and go-live for assigned areas.
- Analyze business and learning data requirements, translate them into functional requirements, and develop workflows that support business objectives, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Present technical details and integration architecture to cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business units; produce clear documentation and visualizations to support decision-making and training.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for LMS upgrades, integrations, and new feature rollouts, including unit, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
- Monitor LMS performance, availability, and data integrity; proactively identify anomalies and lead resolution efforts using centralized dashboards and logs.
- Provide functional support and training to business users and junior staff on LMS capabilities, SCORM/AICC standards, integration logic, and reporting tools.
- Independently manage small to mid-size LMS-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget; may serve as team lead on larger initiatives involving cross-system integrations.
- May oversee contingent workers supporting LMS operations; manage onboarding, task assignments, and quality assurance.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Workday Learning and its integration capabilities for HR and talent development workflows.
- Familiarity with Databricks for data analytics, reporting, and integration with LMS platforms.
