Applied Materials MAX OLEDβ„’ Solution maximizes OLED displays aperture ratio using a unique Maskless technology, leading to improved device lifetime, brightness and power savings. The OLED Business Operations and Global Product Support (GPS) team is looking for a motivated, self-driven candidate to collaborate with R&D, Design, Manufacturing and Field Service teams to develop efficient startup, service, logistics and fields operations to help customers achieve fast time to production and maintain high system uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service NPI products. Contribute to the FMECA process and risk assessment.
  • Participate in or own first chamber Build & Test & IAT in MFG. Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified. Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures, and participate in New Product testing.
  • Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues. Participate in or own CAPA process. Conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) if needed.
  • Develop and document procedures to install (start-up), retrofit and maintain the product (Technical Product Manuals).
  • Develop new procedures, Customer Engineering Notices (CENs), Internal Service Bulletins (ISBs) and troubleshooting guides as required.
  • Collect process and qualification data to create product Best Known Methods (BKMs).
  • Support field training for new products and work with Global Technical Training to develop training class. Train Customer Engineers (CEs), Process Engineers (PSEs) and Technical Product Support (TPS) assigned to customers who will receive ELS Shipments, prior to shipping.

Requirement:

  • Knowledge and experience working with hardware engineering, or manufacturing partners teams across the supply chain function.
  • Experience with the project management of technical projects.
  • Experience with failure analysis techniques and reliability testing.
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
  • Toeic: 785 above.
