Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products
  • Develop product manual release
  • First in Fab start up support
  • Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified
  • Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) on New Product final test
  • Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering. Own beta site test plans and reporting
  • Technical training of cross collaborative teams
  • Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues
  • Participate in or own CAPA process
  • Identify new parts that require to be stocked by AGS and work with them to ensure parts are stocked in correct locations
  • Responsible for beta site testing and and reporting
  • Travel 30%

Required Skills

  • BS/MS Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or similar major.
  • Mechanical, or electrical knowledge
  • Hands on knowledge of small equipment
  • Mechanical Aptitude (knowledge of tooling and their use)
  • Experience documenting BKMs, manuals, or customer engineering notices (CEN).

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
