Key Responsibilities:

  • At least +6 years semiconductor thin film or Etch process/hardware experience preferred.
  • Strong Data analysis capabilities is required, Direct experience of algorithm writing (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
  • A semiconductor process and hardware expert with hands-on lab/fab experience and knowledge of state-of-the-art analytics applications.
  • Engage on service product development including NPI alpha in lab and optimization at customer sites.
  • Deploy New service products to solve customer HVPs in troubleshoot issues in fabs and validate value in the field.
  • Lead and support projects to deliver to KPIs for success at customer site.
  • Communicate clearly and timely to both internal and external customers on progress vs plan, results, next steps, and help needed.
  • Semiconductor equipment trouble shooting including corrective and preventative maintenance.
  • Improving wafer and device performance, reducing defects and improving yield
  • Utilizing data science, statistical methods and AI/ML techniques and algorithms to improve equipment, wafer and factory performance.
  • A good team player and ability to get along with diverse teams local and global.
  • Fluent English verbal/written skills to communicate with 1st level manager and global team
  • Document BKMs and procedures to help develop training material and train the trainer.
