WW Sales BPR Program & Operations Coordinator

Imagine what you could do here. The people here at Apple don't just create products — they create the kind of wonder that's revolutionized entire industries. It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. Are you a strategic thinker who excels at tactical execution? Do you love to solve problems and have an uncanny knack for analytics? As part of our World Wide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group, you and your team will be responsible for implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays. As a WW Sales BPR Program & Operations Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of a dynamic, globally distributed team. Your work will span the full spectrum of team operations: from managing vendor contracts, purchase orders, and contractor invoicing, to orchestrating all-hands meetings, global summits, and team culture initiatives. You will report directly to the PMO Lead and collaborate closely with BPR Managers, vendor account representatives, and cross-functional partners across finance, procurement, HR, and facilities. With your attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and passion for creating solutions, you will improve the effectiveness of internal programs, resulting in world-class experiences for employees, partners, and customers.

In this position, you will thrive at the intersection of operational rigor and team culture — keeping complex processes running smoothly while bringing energy, creativity, and initiative to how our team connects, communicates, and celebrates. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning Vendor & Financial Operations: You'll own the procurement and vendor operations that underpin our contractor and vendor engagements — including SoW review and coordination, PR/PO initiation and tracking, invoice approval, and end-to-end contractor onboarding and off-boarding. You'll be the go-to person for resolving queries, unblocking issues, and keeping processes moving across finance, procurement, and vendor partners.
  • Driving Team Administration & Coordination: You'll own the coordination and logistics that keep the team operating without friction — managing calendars for large cross-functional meetings, orchestrating everything from weekly team meetings and all-hands to our annual global summit, and ensuring follow-through after every key gathering. You'll partner with BPR leaders to shape agendas and keep our global team informed and aligned through clear, timely communications. You'll also manage team travel, facilities, equipments and assets tracking and space assessments — keeping asset records, occupancy data, and seat counts accurate and up to date as ongoing operational responsibilities.
  • Championing Team Culture & Engagement: This is where you'll leave your mark. You'll take genuine ownership of team morale and engagement — bringing creativity, initiative, and care to how we celebrate milestones, welcome new members, and build connection across a distributed team. From designing thoughtful onboarding experiences to orchestrating team events that people actually look forward to, you'll help make BPR a place where people feel valued and energized.
