As part of our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group, you and your team will be responsible for implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays. As a WW Sales BPR Program Manager focused on Content Platforms, you will deliver key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy.

As a WW Sales BPR Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with the Consumer and Enterprise function to define and implement a growing project portfolio to support the team, partners, and customers. In this position, you will manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously, lead cross functional teams through all aspects of the project from ideation through solution validation, and be responsible for the overall demand intake and due diligence process. In this role, you will:

  • Provide functional subject matter expertise and technical leadership around business systems, processes, and content lifecycle management, including global translations, localization, and regionalization strategies to enable scale across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build platform services and capabilities that support multiple consumer and channel programs in parallel.
  • Help define and guide solution architecture decisions, ensuring CMS, DAM, PIM, and commerce platforms integrate seamlessly to meet evolving business and customer needs.
  • Lead and implement change management initiatives, influence decisions through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.
  • Engage with leadership, business partners, and engineering teams to develop a project timeline, key achievements, and a communication plan.
  • Develop and maintain key project governance documentation to ensure an appropriate amount of structure is applied to enable project success.
  • Gather, synthesize, and document business requirements, process flows, and design specifications to enable internal and external technical development.
  • Facilitate project-related test plan development, cutover, knowledge transfer, and post-mortem activities.
  • Assess gaps between current systems/processes and business needs and develop multi-year roadmaps to address gaps.
  • Provide timely, relevant communication and elevate critical risks to project, management and senior-executive teams.
  • Engage globally to gain perspective in projects, understands differences in regional processes that are impacted by their project(s), and develops relationships to align on expectations for solutions being developed.
  • Negotiate with cross-functional teams and business partners to remove barriers and get results, without compromising the overall quality of end deliverables.
  • Ensure that we achieve the benefits we set out to deliver at the start of the project. This includes setting success criteria for your initiatives that are clearly measurable and achievable through the scope of deliverables, then ongoing tracking against these success criteria.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,000 and $214,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
