To realize this goal, we build relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs—at all levels from tactical to strategic. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem.

Description

This role will build, develop, and lead a Channel Enterprise sales team by recruiting top talent, motivating and enabling them with the essential tools and fostering a collaborative environment to drive results. You will provide leadership and coaching while driving accountability through various KPIs to ensure quota delivery. Working cross functionally, you'll help build essential tools and programs that enable your team's success with partner sellers and customers. You'll be responsible for driving growth in the channel by helping your team build and manage pipeline, acquire new customers, and achieve revenue targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Approximately 10 years + of proven experience working with channel and/or enterprise sales organizations of which 5+years includes sales management / leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team through regular coaching and performance management
  • Drive accountability through rigorous tracking of sales metrics, KPIs, and quota attainment to ensure team delivers growth targets
  • Oversee pipeline development, opportunity management, and forecasting to improve revenue outcomes
  • Partner cross-functional to develop programs and enablement content that drive growth for our partner sellers
  • Understanding of the Enterprise end customer landscape.
  • Deep knowledge in the adoption of Apple in Enterprise and how this translates to the skills and knowledge required by our Reseller Channel
  • Proven expertise growing channel enterprise sales across commercial segments
  • Keep abreast of market trends, partners' platform capabilities and strategic plans for new partnership opportunities
  • Consistently display the highest level of ethics, values, and integrity
