APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design, prototype, analyze, iterate, and launch Vision Products at Apple. Collaborate frequently with multi-disciplinary teams such as Industrial Design, Project Management, Materials, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Display, Camera, Antenna, and Battery. Responsible for complete subsystems, leading an Apple team through the design process, including 3D computer-aided design, tolerance analysis, and materials engineering. Guide a team inside Apple and at our partner facilities to define and refine parts of the system in computer-aided design, creating drawings, and interfacing with vendors to manufacture these parts. Assemble early prototypes, support engineering builds overseas, and solve problems on the assembly line. Analyze test failures for root cause and corrective actions. Grow the organization by recruiting and hiring qualified candidates for necessary roles. International Travel Required 10%. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 - $272,100/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
