We are seeking extraordinarily talented Senior Technical Program Managers to help us achieve that goal for Find My. The Technical Program Managers in Find My lead cross-functional teams across Apple to deliver incredible user experiences across all Apple's range of hardware and platforms. They drive collaboration and alignment and bring clarity and focus to each program they own, helping us land complex technical systems on time and with low-drama. These high-ownership roles are focused on building polished, user-centric features that delight users and shape the future of location, tracking, and personal safety. Responsibilities

• Managing a team consisting of test development engineers, partnering with multiple engineering teams to develop and support Find My products and features.
• Creating innovative ways to automate and expand our software testing.
• Compiling, analyzing, and presenting test results—ultimately driving and constantly improving Apple's product quality.
• Ability to support pager-duty on a 24/7 as-needed basis.
• Working with and leading other team members who are in different time-zones including Europe.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience leading technical programs or cross-functional software initiatives in developer or business-facing products.
• Demonstrated success shipping client applications (e.g., iOS, macOS) and/or complementary web or backend services.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and make technically informed decisions.
• Strong empathy for users and the ability to reason through product design trade-offs.
• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to track many moving parts at once.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with technical and executive audiences alike.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Experience on projects with rapidly changing information, while also landing work along the way.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with accessories or other HW
• Web and Services QE experience
• Ability to attract, retain, and grow people to create a self-organized and highly empowered team
• Experience owning release decisions and project scoping
