You will have the opportunity to join as a core member of a global team of broadcast engineers, designing, building, and supporting the infrastructure, workflows, and facilities underpinning world-class live experiences for Apple Services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Broadcast or Systems Engineer, Broadcast Guarantee (EIC), or senior-level equivalent.
  • A track record in a leading role driving a modern & high-demand live production environment to industry-leading standards.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to distil technical details in appropriate ways to a range of recipients.
  • Technical expertise in supporting broadcast and event systems, including cameras, vision mixers, multi-viewers, media routers, intercom and large format production audio consoles.
  • Extensive experience with IP-based broadcast networks and software-defined networking architectures.
  • Proficient configuring and troubleshooting broadcast control systems and automation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of broadcast standards and formats such as SMPTE 2110, Dante, & baseband formats.
  • Detailed knowledge of replay systems, graphics engines, and video processors.
  • Knowledge of streaming protocols, content delivery networks, and OTT platform requirements.
  • Familiarity with post production workflows, NLE's, DAW's, and other production software suites.
  • Knowledge of lighting principles for studio and stage.
  • A deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and hardware.
  • Demonstrate familiarity working in an A-list artist facing environment.
