Partnering with the Apple Sales Training Manager, Apple Sales and ALAC Sales Training Team, this role will deliver classroom, in-store, events, podcasts and live streaming via live online broadcasting and/or pre-recorded videos. The individual will need to find balanced operational excellence and creativity, implementing according to established key performance indicators. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Latin America retail customers, trade practices and sales training. You will deploy and measure the performance of scalable sales training programs via eLearning, classroom, and on-the-floor execution as well as experience managing internal and outsourced vendors to provide customized solutions for specific needs.
Deliver sales coaching and advanced sales training to the Carrier and Channel organizations sales team and leadership, as well as internal Apple teams. Training focus includes leadership, sales coaching, advanced selling skills, demonstration skills and product/solution knowledge. Partner with sales teams and leadership to adopt effective coaching strategies aiming at improving staff motivation and customer satisfaction. Gather and share feedback on training needs across sales programs and audiences, and make and provide solutions for achieving sales training objectives. Maintain extensive technical knowledge of all Apple products. Operate and maintain studio equipment including cameras, lenses, lighting, backdrops, switches and microphones, etc. In partnership with instructional designer, collaborate in the design of training workshops, videos and podcasts. Report weekly on key sales training metrics to the Country Sales Training Manager. Establish and maintain an outstanding relationship with Channel and Carrier training organizations.
