PD EPM is a hands-on programmatic role where you and your team will be responsible for delivering the mechanical assembly through the entire program life-cycle—from architecture definition and early design to mass production. It includes frequent multi-disciplinary collaboration with teams like Product Design, Industrial Design, Materials, Manufacturing, SoC, Display, Camera, Antenna, Battery, and more. You will be responsible for driving the program through the entire development process, creating and maintaining streamlined schedules, driving PD and cross-functional progress, managing manufacturing/assembly upstream and at the CM through China trips, and presenting multiple levels of status updates to org leaders and executives.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
