You and the team you are part of will be responsible managing all aspects of the POS Ops function with close collaboration with key parties such as EMEIA POS Operations team, In-store Tech, local field staff and sales, resellers HQ and external agencies. The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen. He/she focuses on effective coverage planning for KSA, seamless execution of POS Ops initiatives and developing key actions in order to enhance program quality, products presentation and visibility in store. Working closely with key business partners internally and externally, you will drive the success of POS Ops initiatives across KSA's central, eastern and western regions. You will ensure seamless execution of Apple programs at the point of sales across the various distribution channels and products given the business needs and priorities as set by the relevant sales teams. The quality of the execution will be timely and flawless, consistent with the highest standards. Managing executional aspects of Apple's customer experience, ensuring they are consistently delivered across the market according to plan and driving operational optimisation – are key to the success of this role. Plan, negotiate, deploy & manage lifecycle of branded and tier 2 programs across named channel partners. Maximize impact through effective process establishments to scale coverage in KSA aligned with business needs. Take initiative and always revisit how we can better enhance our customer experience. Demonstrate structure thinking and resilience while proposing news ideas / concepts. Analyze & enable third party agencies capabilities to ensure a flawless execution of all POS Ops related activities. Put in place regular reviews to assess progress and develop a mutually agreed action plan to tackle short comings. Participate in reviewing key MEA POS Ops processes to ensure that all SLAs are met and propose changes when appropriate / relevant.

Interpersonal skills and ability to build appropriate rapports, build constructive and effective relationships, use diplomacy and tact with central, regional and local stakeholder. Build a rapport with POS Ops peers with other regions from the world. Strong project management skills. Able to manage, monitor and inform progress of a complex project and adapt accordantly should any issues arise. Handle own workload and work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment. Manage time effectively, including ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise. Partner with key business partners with energy even during toughest challenges to ensure timely execution of increasingly complex new product introductions periods. Proven track record in deploying branded programs at scale is key. Extensive experience in POS Ops role is a must. Used to work in a matrix environment with extensive collaboration with central and/or WW teams. Ability to speak Arabic a plus.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
