NAND ATE Test Engineer

Responsibilities
- Support qualification and testing of NAND solution.
- Create test validation checklists and work in cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance.
- Support internal engineering teams in system and component failure analysis and defining corrective actions.
- Manage and run SSD/NAND stress test rack qualification testing at the system level.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree
- Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) including Advantest, Teradyne, or similar
- Ability to program in C or C++ and familiarity with automating scripting languages such as LUA, Python, MATLAB, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with memory systems, preferably NAND
- Experience in coding scripts necessary to enable ATE test solutions
- Understanding of Electronic Engineering fundamentals
- Ability to work with test equipment (i.e., oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
- Experience with failure analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with embedded system integration and development
- Coding experience and understanding of SW FTL
- Experience with PCIe, SSD controllers and firmware
