The Software Programs Central QA team is seeking a Feature Integration Quality Engineer to create, run and report on tests of upcoming software features across all Apple products and platforms. We work in a fast-paced environment that relies heavily on strong communication and building partnerships between developers and interdepartmental QA teams. We're looking for organized, critical problem solvers who would like to play a key role in driving the testing and coordination of QA efforts. • 3 years experience leading projects including manual and automation planning, test writing, execution, and triage on multiple platforms and all application layers
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through people and across an organization, forming relationships, collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading testers, with emphasis on planning and handling multi-functional testing
• Skilled at debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving - applying analytical thinking skills to systematically assess project quality and prioritize issue resolution
• Extensive experience with different testing methodologies including integration, stability, performance, reliability, and stress testing
• Demonstrate ability to effectively leverage and test AI tools and features
• Strong software engineering and development life cycle knowledge.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $118,500 and $244,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
