Engineering Program Manager

Display EPMs must be fearless organizers. This position demands technical strengths in many areas, including optical, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing. Major responsibilities include defining project plans and schedules as well as drive project execution. Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in engineering and validation activities. Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication. Strong presentation and communication skills required. Understand and communicate complex, technical engineering issues. Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS degree in Material Science and Engineering
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong engineering or technical background.
  • Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
  • Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • You must be able to fit well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with usage of AI tools for work-flow and automation of tasks

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $58.32 and $88.08/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
