Digital Channel Sales Lead, Italy & Iberia

Reporting to the Regional CCC Lead, the Digital Channel Lead will support regional growth efforts with a focus on developing new digital capabilities, capturing growth opportunities through the development and optimisation of our partners' digital channels. You will become the trusted advisor to our Country and Account Leads on "all things Digital" for Italy, Spain and Portugal, as well as a strong local counterpart for the central teams in London. This high-impact role requires a highly motivated and experienced digital expert with great attention to detail, that must collaborate with multiple teams to perfectly execute and deliver on time the identified projects/opportunities. The ideal candidate has a customer-centric attitude, able to deliver against a vision and to simplify complex tasks to create an outstanding customer and partner experience. While possessing natural teamwork abilities, strategic thinking, robust project management skills, and analytical proficiency. Deep industry knowledge of digital channels, tools, and KPIs is essential.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven leadership, and demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-geographically and positively influence people across all functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge and substantial expertise on application of the regional digital consumer behaviors, digital commerce trends, tools and best practices.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, creative solution development, and resourcefulness with extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; successfully built buy-in for an innovative vision, including presenting to executives.
  • Proven experience on project management, driving efforts to ensure proper execution of defined plan. Displayed ability to plan and marshal resources, capabilities, time and efforts to deliver maximum impact on projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, sales or business development roles within customer-centric Tech Hardware/software, Social Media, Digital or Search companies.
  • Spanish, Italian and Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
