You bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish. We are seeking a Content Design Producer for Apple Services. Do you excel at orchestrating complex content lifecycles, and are you passionate about bringing exceptional digital experiences to life? As a Content Design Producer, you will be a pivotal force within Apple Services, guiding innovative content from conception to launch for applications used by millions. This role invites you to lead and collaborate across diverse teams, defining and standardizing the processes that ensure seamless delivery and unparalleled quality. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-impact environment and are driven by the opportunity to shape the future of content production at Apple, we invite you to explore this truly impactful role.

As a Content Design Producer, your days will be dynamic, deeply impactful, and centered on the seamless delivery of world-class content. Your role is a blend of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

Orchestrating Content Lifecycles: You will own and standardize the end-to-end app release lifecycles, from initial planning and initiation to execution, launch, and post-release retrospectives. This means you'll define project scopes, set timelines, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

Leading and Collaborating: You'll be instrumental in training and guiding other producers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence. Expect to develop and deliver workshops or documentation that elevate the team's capabilities.

Forging Cross-Functional Partnerships: A significant part of your day will involve collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, QA, UI, and Product Marketing teams. You'll act as a crucial bridge, translating technical requirements into creative needs and vice versa, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

Driving System Innovation: You'll leverage data and cross-functional input to continuously develop and refine scalable content management systems (CMS) and delivery pipelines. This might involve defining new tooling requirements, optimizing existing workflows, or proposing new technical solutions to enhance efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Navigating Complexity: You will regularly tackle ambiguous, complex challenges using a proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach. This means leading discussions, identifying roadblocks, and charting clear paths forward with positive leadership.

Ensuring Quality and Timeliness: Your ultimate deliverable is the timely, high-quality release of content across various applications, ensuring it meets Apple's rigorous standards and delights our users. You'll be responsible for the health and efficiency of these content pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical project/program management or production/operations management within large-scale media, design, or software industries, with a focus on scaling content delivery for products serving millions of users.

Experience defining tasks, planning sprints, and providing training to scale production efforts.

Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, partnering effectively with Engineering, Design, QA, and Product Marketing teams.

Experience introducing or transitioning teams to Agile and continuous development frameworks, utilizing a variety of project management tools and software.

Experience with project/feature roadmapping and quarterly planning.

Experience with Apple Creative Studio (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Keynote, Pages, Numbers)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Creative Design and Engineering teams, with the ability to translate technical and creative requirements bidirectionally.

Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain meticulous attention to detail amidst complex data.

Self-motivated and proactive, consistently seeking new ways to experiment, improve processes, and deliver exceptional value.

Deep understanding of technical systems and tooling related to content production and integration, enabling expert guidance and strategic problem-solving.
