Description

We are the marketing engine that drives EMEIA gifting events including Holiday, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day as well as promotional offers such as Back to School and the Apple Shopping Event. As the EMEIA Marketing lead for Retail campaigns which can include seasonal campaigns and or promos, you will support the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns at Apple Retail - across apple.com, the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app and stores.

Responsibilities

Write and deliver the marketing strategy for campaigns and promotions at Retail; drive the end-to-end process to ensure work is executed flawlessly, on time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, PR, Legal, Store Operations and Finance, to ensure ongoing alignment of strategies and messaging that meet business objectives. Partner across the organization to develop innovative ways to drive traffic and reach for maximum marketing impact, leveraging paid, owned and earned media channels. Track and report on key campaign metrics, identify trends to understand what's driving performance, spotlight opportunities and recommendations for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Extensive experience in omni-channel marketing in a multi market capacity. Expertise in online and outbound marketing channels and digital marketing touchpoints. Strong written and verbal communication skills; skilled at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders alike. Strong program and project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines. Able to analyze data and identify performance trends that inform marketing strategies and new tactics.

Preferred Qualifications

Omni-channel marketing experience in a multi market capacity. Able to analyze data and identify performance trends that inform marketing strategies and new tactics. Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives. Experienced in developing clear, concise marketing and creative briefs. Able to connect dots between information, different work streams, and key partners to inform the work. BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA a plus.
