Come and join the Global Apple Tv Video team, responsible for the Apple Tv app including Apple Tv+, transactional movies and TV, native channels and federated video apps. We are paving the way for the future of entertainment and have set new standards in streaming with Apple Tv+. Our team is responsible for Apple Tv+ streaming, driving overall revenue as well as subscriber growth for Apple Tv+, curating and managing the app experience, programming and editorializing while striving to acquire, engage and retain subscribers for Apple Tv+ and our partners.

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and people-centric Business Operations and Communications Lead to strengthen team effectiveness, craft team communications and foster a thriving culture across the Video Business team. This person will own and lead team-wide communications that build clarity, transparency and trust. They will streamline workflows that improve collaboration and efficiency, partner with leadership on agendas and executive deliverables, and track the health of the organization, driving initiatives that set the tone for how we work together, stay connected, and build a high-performing and inclusive environment. In this role, you will develop, lead, and support innovative communication campaigns and programs designed to help keep our team informed, connected, inspired, and engaged. The ideal candidate strikes a balance between strategy and execution. You should be comfortable building a strategic brief for a Town Hall meeting, crafting a story and messaging for a leadership presentation, working with stakeholders to craft a meaningful speaker session, drafting content for a monthly newsletter, building plans for organizational announcements, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Communications & Operations: Own internal communications across channels (newsletters, team updates, town halls and leadership briefings).
  • Develop agendas, build Keynote decks and coordinate logistics for leadership meetings.
  • Craft messaging frameworks and storytelling to keep teams informed, inspired and aligned.
  • Culture & Engagement: Own and lead team initiatives for the Video Business organization, partnering with leaders to set vision and direction.
  • Design and drive programs that foster inclusion, belonging, recognition and morale across the team.
  • Plan and execute team-wide events (offsites, all-hands, recognition programs), measuring participation and impact.
  • Partner with leadership to define values, rituals, and engagement strategies that scale globally.
  • Business & People Pulse: Conduct regular team health checks (surveys, listening sessions) and synthesize insights for leadership.
  • Track and report on engagement, sentiment and organizational trends to inform decision-making.
  • Anticipate needs, look around corners and act as a trusted advisor to leaders by spotting gaps and proposing solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business operations, marketing, communications or related field; with 2+ years in entertainment or streaming service.
  • Strong proficiency in Keynote, both storytelling and aesthetic design.
  • Excellent communicator — clear, compelling, and adaptable across written, visual and verbal formats.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience planning and driving projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of management.
  • Strong program and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities with precision under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, able to work a flexible schedule, and embrace change and ambiguity enthusiastically.
  • Proven success designing and implementing culture or engagement initiatives.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a proactive, "can-do" approach to solving problems and anticipating needs.
  • Collaborative and trusted partner, able to build strong relationships across global teams and all levels of leadership.
  • Brings energy, creativity, and passion for fostering team culture, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Comfortable flexing between strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Event management experience a plus.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,400 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
