We're looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to help support compliance-focused initiatives and cross-team project management within the Marketing team. This is an incredible opportunity to play a critical role in some of the most important marketing programs at Apple! In this role, you will be responsible for project managing complex cross-functional marketing programs.

Description

You will have the opportunity to support the delivery of marketing programs from concept through delivery, including playing a key function across legal and compliance workstreams. You will play a key role in establishing essential program management structure and working to move projects along within Apple and with Apple Card partners. You have a deep excitement and understanding of our brand, our vision and objectives, and the customer experience. You have experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in large organizations. You have strong marketing sensibility, good technical understanding, a willingness to roll up your sleeves to play whatever team role is required, and an ability to excel in ambiguous situations. Responsibilities

  • Support marketing legal and compliance initiatives within the Apple Card and Apple Cash businesses
  • Support the cross-functional delivery of Apple Card and Apple Cash marketing programs.
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop and execute scalable marketing programs to reach shared goals.
  • Help define key business requirements for marketing systems working with internal and external partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experienced managing large projects within a marketing function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
  • B.A. or B.S. degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in managing cross functional marketing programs in the financial services industry
  • Savvy at tackling complex issues and providing creative solutions while collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational behaviors to manage complex projects effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to deliver projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever task is necessary.
  • Effective at building and cultivating interpersonal relationships.
  • Flexible and versatile in nature, able to tackle challenges while maintaining an optimistic attitude.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
