You will:

Work in an environment designed for maximum productivity. Collaborate in a small cross-functional team that independently takes features from concept to production. This setup empowers you to take ownership of your work, benefit from a short feedback loop, and stay closely connected with end users.

You'll work directly with a skilled backend team, product owner, and designer. The cross-functional team operates in close collaboration, with every member focused on improving the application and delivering the best possible user experience.

We are data-driven: we A/B-test many features, so we monitor usage, performance, and outcomes to understand what works and decide what to scale. With overlapping experiments and backend-driven behavior, the app evolves constantly. So the work is less about "just implementing" and more about designing clarity into complexity and ensuring the system evolves intentionally as we learn.

About the project:

• Project with approximately 70 modules, with plans to expand further as the project grows.
• Build user interfaces using Compose UI for efficient and modern development.
• Use a design system powered by code generation, eliminating repetitive tasks like changing button color or adjusting spacing.
• CI/CD pipeline that checks code style, performs automated tests, distributes builds to the QA team, and has an automated release process, and includes a release-on-demand flow.
• Work alongside a highly skilled backend team ready to take on logic-heavy tasks, freeing you to focus on Android features.
• Develop every feature in isolated environments.

We'll have a match if you:

• You are an experienced Android engineer with a strong foundation in architecture, modularization, and client–server interaction.
• You avoid Over-Engineering and accidental complexity by keeping the code as simple as possible. Have excellent judgment in balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability.
• Have a driver mindset — you push things forward, ask questions early, and don't wait for direction.

Will be an advantage:

• Concurrency/Multithreading in Android.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
