Your project:

AdConnect is a business within appflame that specializes in developing innovative solutions in performance marketing and dating product development.

Our performance marketing areas include Ad & Affiliate Networks, Comparison & Review Websites, and Social Media Advertising.

Within these areas, we help businesses worldwide attract new customers from Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, etc. We also develop our own advertising network and AdTech solutions.

You will be:

• Improving the product based on the results of A/B tests.
• Creating tools for automating business processes.
• Using AI services in daily routine to increase efficiency.
• Having the freedom to implement ideas that can positively impact the business.

We will match if you:

• Have an understanding of the principles of the Internet.
• Are proficient in PHP (8+) and MySQL (8+).
• Know one or more modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony).
• Have experience working with Memcache and Redis.
• Have worked with background tasks and queues.
• Can write technical documentation.

It will be a plus if you:

• Have experience optimizing SQL queries.
• Know Kafka, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch.
• Understand key metrics of product performance monitoring.
