You will:

• Assist with taking Support and Moderation to the next level (both Human and AI) and with the Personal Development Plans of team members.
• Streamline the feedback loop between Clients and Product.
• Help oversee Support & Moderation daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, and other tasks.
• Own the Chargeback Resolution zone to represent business interests in bank disputes with Customers.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and be among those who drive the project's growth.

From you:

• Advanced English (C1), both written and spoken — internal communication with the team is in English.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability within your area of responsibility.
• A solid understanding of business processes and how to optimize them for success.
• Structured, critical thinking paired with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Problem-solving prowess: you're a natural at uncovering the root cause of challenges (a true detective!).
• The ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
• Excel/Google Sheets and Zendesk knowledge.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with Tableau and Jira/Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
