We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who will build a creative engine. This is a hands-on role with full-cycle ownership from concept generation to performance analysis and scaling winning creatives.
What You'll Do:
- Own the entire creative production cycle — from concept through execution;
- Generate original, user-focused ad concepts across multiple angles and formats;
- Build and maintain a hypothesis backlog; validate, iterate, and scale what works;
- Brief designers and video editors, manage priorities, review output quality;
- Analyze creative performance data (CTR, CPC, CPP, CVR) and translate it into decisions;
- Monitor market trends, competitor creatives, and platform updates;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, product, and analytics teams.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in creative marketing within mobile apps or consumer tech;
- Proven track record of high-performing ad creatives in paid social (Meta is a must);
- Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies and scaling winning assets;
- Analytical mindset — you read data, extract insights, and act on them;
- Ability to structure the creative process end-to-end — from hypothesis and brief to launch, analysis, and iteration;
- Experience writing scripts, briefs, and ad copy in English (B2+);
- Self-starter mentality with comfort in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with health, wellness, self-improvement, or habit-building niches;
- Experience on Google or TikTok in addition to Meta;
- Familiarity with UGC formats and creator briefing.
