Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors for direct collaborations, enhancing our brand's reach and credibility.
Work closely with marketing agencies, operations, PR, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of seasonal brand campaigns and creative assets.
Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (KPIs), identify trends, and provide data-driven reports with actionable recommendations.
Manage and optimize our social media presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a successful track record of driving brand growth and engagement.
Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, for effective campaign management and optimization.
Creative thinking and agency management skills, along with strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills.
A deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube, and the ability to adapt content for each platform.
Experience in community management, with the ability to foster positive online communities and manage brand reputation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, PR, and design, to align on brand campaigns.
