We are now looking for a Head of IT Operations – a hands-on leader with a passion for action, efficiency, and people.

This role is both strategic and operational. You will own the development and maintenance of Apotea's IT operations, drive improvements, and ensure we keep moving toward greater scalability and efficiency. As a leader, you'll manage and grow the IT operations team, fostering collaboration across functions to align technology initiatives with Apotea's business goals.

Your Role As Head Of It Operations At Apotea:

• Lead and own IT operations – ensure stability, security, and performance of Apotea's current systems and infrastructure.
• Drive improvements and efficiency – identify bottlenecks, implement smarter ways of working, and champion automation where it adds value.
• Plan strategically – align IT operations with Apotea's business roadmap and growth, ensuring the right systems and capacity are in place.
• Solve problems at the core – act as a hands-on problem solver, balancing daily operations with forward-looking development.
• Foster collaboration – work cross-functionally with product, logistics, and business teams to ensure IT is a driver, not a bottleneck.
• Lead the team – manage IT operations staff, mentor team members, and create a culture of accountability and action.
