Purpose of the Job:

• Equipment Upkeep, Maintenance activities and adherence to identified schedules of PM
• Planning and Execution of identified Energy Conservation Activities
• Adherence and compliance to Safety of plant and machinery & unsafe act and condition reduction.
• Calibration Compliance adherence

Major Responsibilities:

• Equipment major breakdown, intervention and timely communication to the next level.
• Calibration Compliance.
• Maintenance Cost stratification and control
• Training and adoption of Engg & team members for skill development.
• Process Scrap reduction.
• Small improvement projects undertaken
• Execute Electrical & Instrumentation Preventive maintenance jobs across the plant
• Ensure electrical safety of equipments and correct any abnormalities.
• Work permit issue. Ensure Discipline in shop floor.

Relevant Experience: 3-4 years

Qualification: B.Tech
