Team Lead

The Team Lead will manage and drive the call-based sales team of Care Coordinators, ensuring strong patient engagement and achievement of sales targets. Expected to meet and exceed business objectives by ensuring consistent achievement of all operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Care Coordinator calling team.
• Monitor call volumes, conversions, and sales performance.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets for health checks, follow-ups, pharmacy, and consultation bookings.
• Coach team members on sales techniques and patient communication.
• Handle escalations and complex patient interactions.
• Ensuring all client SLA's, schedules and objectives are met.
• Ensure no escalation come and the process runs error free.
• Track the progress of daily, weekly and monthly MIS's. And maintain all necessary dashboards and publish it periodically

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, or tele-sales.
• Experience in leading a sales or call centre team.
• Strong leadership, target management, and performance monitoring skills.
• Good with MS office (Excel and PowerPoint)

Job Location:

• Hyderabad for Work from Office
• Timings: As agreed, based on project allotted.

Work week: 6 days a week
