- Responsible for providing technical support to Apollo users through inbound inquiries via email
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and product inquiries, as well as bugs, to provide a stellar customer experience
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Utilize technical knowledge to analyze and solve customer problems, focusing on root causes
- Work in a remote environment, supporting customers and ensuring a world-class support experience
