- Comfort with HR systems such as Darwinbox, Greenhouse, Rippling, and Deel is necessary for implementing tech-driven improvements.
- A strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and global regulations, particularly in regions like Colombia, the Philippines, Poland, and India, is required.
- Effective collaboration skills with departments like Finance, Legal, and IT are crucial for ensuring seamless People Ops processes.
