- The Sr. Manager of People Operations will shape the employee experience and build scalable processes to support company growth. - The role involves overseeing People Operations and streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. - The candidate will manage HR systems to ensure smooth onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance. - Designing and maintaining a seamless employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding is a key responsibility. - The role requires partnering with Legal and Finance to manage international operations and ensure compliance with local regulations. - The candidate will work closely with IT, Recruiting, Finance, and Legal to align People Ops with Apollo.io’s growth and strategic goals. - Leadership and mentorship of a team of 10 People Operations and Recruiting Coordinators will be part of the job. - Tracking and improving key People Ops metrics, including ticket response times and payroll accuracy, is essential. - Managing relationships with key vendors to ensure top-quality service for employees is also a critical aspect of the role.

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in fast-growing startups or high-performing organizations. - A proven track record of leading and mentoring teams of 5 or more people is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should possess strong expertise in building HR processes in fast-paced, scaling environments. - Comfort with HR systems such as Darwinbox, Greenhouse, Rippling, and Deel is necessary for implementing tech-driven improvements. - A strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and global regulations, particularly in regions like Colombia, the Philippines, Poland, and India, is required. - Effective collaboration skills with departments like Finance, Legal, and IT are crucial for ensuring seamless People Ops processes. - The candidate must demonstrate clear and concise communication skills for explaining HR policies and processes. - A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and improve operational KPIs is important for this position. - Cultural alignment with Apollo.io’s values of Extreme Ownership, Customer Obsession, and Be All for One is essential.
