✨ About The Role
- Lead and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Managers to drive revenue growth and increase product adoption
- Implement renewal and expansion forecasting processes within the team
- Collaborate with internal resources to develop playbooks for common account management and renewal scenarios
- Support direct reports by joining customer meetings and internal account team meetings
- Develop trusted relationships with Sales and Customer Success Leadership through regular stakeholder engagement and proactive collaboration

- Experienced leader with a background in Business Development, Sales, Renewals Management, or Account Management
- Skilled in managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams within a high-growth technology company
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product teams and other internal departments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining a positive attitude
