- Define and implement testing strategies and methodologies for the organization to align with business objectives and software development goals
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD practices and ensure efficient integration of automated tests in deployment pipelines
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and processes in software testing to keep the organization at the forefront of best practices
- Lead root cause analysis for complex bugs and issues, working with development teams to implement long-term solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps/Infra, to improve infrastructure, solve operational challenges, and enhance engineering productivity
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Senior SDET Engineer with a minimum of 5-8 years in the industry, particularly in quality engineering, systems engineering, and automation
- Proficient in technologies like Ruby on Rails, Mongo, ElasticSearch, Docker, VPN, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
- Strong background in software development and automation frameworks like Cypress and Rspec
- Ability to lead projects, provide technical leadership, and mentor teams in software testing and quality assurance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
