Responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable backend endpoints to meet product requirements
Lead the full lifecycle of software development, from architecture and solution design to quality assurance and maintenance
Mentor team members on best practices, share knowledge effectively, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, attend scrum meetings, and provide feedback to peers and managers
Ownership of projects from start to finish, constantly seeking performance improvements and innovative ideas to drive impact

Proven experience with a minimum of 8 years in backend development, with at least 3-4 years in senior positions, working on large-scale applications
Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
Experience with database modeling, RESTful services, and distributed web development
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive team player
Comfortable working in an agile, startup environment, bringing creative ideas and innovative solutions to the table
