- The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and systems at Apollo.io.
- Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and providing support for computer systems, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting various IT issues.
- The role involves taking ownership of user support requests and effectively managing and resolving issues using IT support tools.
- The analyst will provide remote technical support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT problems.
- The position requires maintaining accurate inventory records of hardware, software licenses, and other IT assets.
- The analyst will also handle onboarding, updating, and offboarding of user accounts, managing access rights and permissions.
- Proposing enhancements to processes, platforms, and information security measures will be part of the job to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an IT Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, or IT Engineer role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid technical background are essential for success in this position.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to maintain strong internal relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience with macOS, MDM, Google Workspace, and Slack is required, along with familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.
- The candidate should have expertise in administrating large SaaS platform environments and be proficient with current IT equipment and technologies.
- A strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDP, and network security is crucial for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Experience with Kandji and Okta administration is considered a plus.
