- The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for installing, configuring, and providing support for computer systems, including hardware and software components.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an IT Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, or IT Engineer role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid technical background are essential for success in this position.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to maintain strong internal relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience with macOS, MDM, Google Workspace, and Slack is required, along with familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.
- The candidate should have expertise in administrating large SaaS platform environments and a strong understanding of network protocols and security.
