- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and users
- Proficiency in macOS MDMs, Okta administration, and Google Workspace
- Up-to-date knowledge of IT equipment and technologies
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and propose enhancements for process improvement
