- The role involves owning Apollo's growth model, which includes both sales-led and self-serve motions. - The candidate will be responsible for driving forecasting and annual planning for bookings, revenue, operating expenses, and headcount for the go-to-market organization. - Developing financial models to set targets and assess ROI for various GTM programs, including marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, is a key responsibility. - The position requires leading pricing and packaging workstreams from a financial perspective and conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews. - The candidate will provide actionable insights on GTM financial performance to senior leadership and assist with process improvements to enhance scalability for the organization.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in finance-focused roles within go-to-market functions, particularly in SaaS or high-growth technology companies. - A strong analytical mindset is essential, with a proven ability to develop financial models and conduct data analysis to solve complex problems. - The candidate should have experience collaborating cross-functionally with leaders in sales, marketing, product, and customer success to drive strategic initiatives. - Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey complex financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders effectively. - Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data tools like Snowflake and Looker will be beneficial for supporting decision-making processes. - A high level of curiosity about the business and a proactive approach to learning and taking action will contribute to success in this role.
