To support our mission, we're looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to help us promote Apify's video scrapers (Actors) used by developers.
Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy for a specific cluster of Apify Actors - Video Cluster (YouTube scrapers, TikTok scrapers, Amazon scrapers).
Work closely with the Product Manager & developers in your cluster to help shape the product roadmap based on customer insights, competitive trends, and market opportunities.
Develop and execute GTM strategies and successful product launches for new features and Actors.
Conduct competitive analysis and intelligence gathering to identify opportunities for your cluster.
Conduct customer research through interviews, surveys, and usage data to identify the main use cases, pain points, and adoption barriers.
Understand the needs of current and future customers and prepare tailored product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral.
Collaborate with other PMMs, share learnings, and contribute to improving team processes and marketing frameworks across clusters.
Measure and report on the performance of your marketing initiatives, from awareness to adoption and revenue.
Identify industry trends and monitor competing products to come up with new hypotheses and recommendations for future growth.
Keep the marketing and product teams up to date on the latest platform changes, content trends, and AI developments in the video data space.
You have 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in a tech startup or SaaS environment with a thriving developer community and product-led sales model.
You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM and product marketing strategies, from user research to launch to optimization.
You understand the video and social data landscape (YouTube, TikTok) and are curious about how developers, marketers, and analysts use this data.
You can grasp complex technical topics (APIs, integrations, web scraping, automation) and turn them into clear and relatable marketing stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You have experience working on products related to data, APIs, AI, or automation and are comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly.
You're a strategic thinker who knows how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, focusing on what has the most impact.
You have a genuine passion for web scraping or data extraction, the latest in AI advancements, and how they unlock greater value for users.
You have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills and thrive when collaborating across various teams.
You have excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Technical background or experience with web scraping, APIs, or automation is a strong plus.
You will start as an individual contributor within our Video cluster team. Your first goal is to become a productive contributor familiar with our products, use cases, and customers. You will do that by working on your one, three, and six-month goals below.
This role requires regular communication with multiple stakeholders and teams across the company. Your onboarding should be spent mostly in the Prague office to get to meet everyone.
