Level 3 Systems/Application Support Engineer

Hiring for a Level 3 Systems/Application Support Engineer to act as an application owner within the Enterprise Applications team. The team supports approximately 22–24 enterprise, vendor purchased applications. A key gap on the team today is Infoblox (IPAM) expertise, which this role will fully own. Strong Linux and Windows systems engineering experience is also required.

Responsibilities

• Own and support Infoblox as the primary application owner and point of contact
• Serve as application owner/support engineer for 22–24 enterprise applications
• Perform upgrades, maintenance, patching, and enable new features
• Support both the applications and the underlying server infrastructure
• Work across Linux and Windows environments
• No custom development or coding required; vendor based applications

Must Have

• Enterprise systems engineering or administration experience on Linux and Windows
• Enterprise level application support and application ownership experience
• Infoblox expertise with a minimum of 3 years; candidate will be the primary owner
• Networking fundamentals, including DHCP and DNS (not limited to Infoblox)
• High level understanding of IPv4 and IPv6
• Minimum of 5 years total experience across application support, systems engineering, and networking
• Level 3 support experience

Nice to Have

• 1–2 years of automation experience
• Python preferred, but any automation tooling is acceptable
