Location: Charlotte, NC | Plano, TX | Kennesaw, GA | Pennington, NJ

On-Site: 3 days per week on-site

Duration: 12-24 month contract

Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.

Pay Rate Range: W2 $70-74/hr

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Knowledge Manager to lead the migration of our existing knowledge base from Confluence to the ServiceNow Knowledge Management module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structuring and organizing knowledge content within ServiceNow and ensuring a seamless transition.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management module
  • Proven experience creating and managing a ServiceNow Knowledge Base
  • Expertise in organizing and structuring existing knowledge for migration into ServiceNow
