Senior Software Engineer – GenAI & RAN Automation

Role Overview

Build Generative AI solutions that automate 4G/5G RAN operations. You'll develop Linux based, Kubernetes deployed services that generate scripts, optimize network performance, and integrate with OSS/EMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy GenAI pipelines (prompting, RAG) for RAN automation.
• Develop and containerize microservices on Kubernetes; implement CI/CD and observability.
• Automate RAN workflows: config audits, alarm triage, neighbor planning.
• Ensure security, compliance, and model governance.
• Collaborate with RF and Ops teams to deliver measurable KPI improvements.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years software engineering; strong Linux and Kubernetes experience.
• Proficiency in Python (plus Go/Java/Bash).
• Hands on GenAI/LLMOps: LangChain, embeddings, RAG.
• Familiarity with 4G/5G RAN concepts and OSS tools (ENM, NetAct).
• CI/CD, observability, and cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Preferred

• ORAN, MEC, telco cloud (OpenShift).
• Streaming/data tools (Kafka, Spark), GPU inference.
• SRE practices and telecom vendor experience.

Recommended Certifications

• Kubernetes: CKA, CKAD, CKS
• Linux: LFCS/LFCE
• Cloud/DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps certs
• AI/ML: NVIDIA DLI, Hugging Face
• Telecom: Vendor 5G RAN or ORAN training
