The Software Engineer 4 – RPA will provide senior-level engineering support to automate manual processes related to a major contact center modernization initiative. The team is migrating operations from Alvaria to Verint and moving to a SaaS vendor by 2027. As thousands of agents are migrated, Line of Business teams currently face manual, error-prone agent transfer processes. This RPA engineer will automate that workflow to remove manual effort and reduce operational risk.
The engineer will operate as an individual contributor, attending weekly syncs with RTM and collaborating with other team members. The role requires deep RPA technical skill, strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication, and the ability to take full ownership of automation design, development, testing, and delivery.
